The Neighbourhood Action Evaluation explores how the City of Hamilton's Neighbourhood Action Strategy is working, and how to make it better.

This project has been funded by the Canadian Institutes for Health Research (CIHR). It is being led by Dr. Sarah Wakefield, a University of Toronto professor and Hamilton resident, with the help of her research team.  The Hamilton Community Foundation, the City of Hamilton and the Social Planning and Research Council (SPRC) of Hamilton are partners in this study – they will be using the results to improve the Neighbourhood Action Strategy, but are not paying for, or in charge of the study.
